Natural Bridge (Natural Arch), Queensland
Known by locals as Natural Arch, the official National Parks name for this remarkable waterfall is Natural Bridge. Situated in the Gold Coast Hinterland, it is one of the world's great waterfall experiences. Over millions of years the water has carved a hole through the roof of the cave, which is also home to glow-worms and rare bats. Unfortunately, due to changing rainfall patterns, the waterfall rarely runs so strongly anymore. This photo was taken about 15 years ago, and captures the waterfall at its stunning best.
